Here is our own in-house creations of just good old Granny Smith Apples with Caramel drizzled on top for some extra sweetness! That is it!! No extra sugar, or anything else on it. We like to keep our fruits as natural as can be 🙂

Freeze-dried fruits are shelf-stable fruits that have undergone a process to remove nearly all of their moisture while retaining flavor and nutrients. Freeze-dried fruit can be used as a healthy snack, to add sweetness to dishes, and in baking. The most popular way to use freeze-dried fruit is as a topper for foods such as cereal, yogurt, confections, panna cotta, chocolate mousse, and other dishes. Also great just to eat it on its own! Freeze-dried fruit is also a good addition to trail mix and granola. When it’s used as a topper or in a mix, there is no moisture needed.
