Can't get more Canadian than having Maple flavored Caramel!

The only thing wrong with caramel (if there is such a thing) is the excessive chewing that it takes to actually enjoy it (without hurting your jaw/teeth).

nAfter freeze drying these wonderful creations, the "Chew" is replaced with a slight "Crunch" then, it literally starts to DISSOLVE-IN-YOUR-MOUTH! Not only is the texture different but wait…the taste seems to have increased in favor….if that's possible?
